Produced by a small number of close-nit farms within an ideal micro-climate on the Northern tip of Lake Toba, with high elevation and rich, volcanic soils, this bean was the first ‘Democratically Sourced’ bean in the world (as far as we know), having been voted the best bean on the table in cupping sessions across 4 states in Australia and here in Singapore!
